2. Description of Service

Temari is an adaptive learning platform designed for Ethiopian students. We provide personalized quizzes, placement tests, study tools, and progress tracking aligned with the Ethiopian national curriculum for Grades 1–12.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Students under 13 must have parental consent to use the platform.
• Each account is personal and may not be shared with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Share quiz questions or answers outside the platform.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the platform.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All educational content, questions, and materials on Temari are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal data necessary to provide our services, including names, email addresses, grade levels, and learning progress. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Parents can view their children's learning data through their dashboard.

7. Parent Accounts

Parents may create accounts to monitor their children's progress, assign exercises, and receive reports. Parents are responsible for any activity conducted through their linked children's accounts.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Temari available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
